Jensen Partners has performed extensive planning and project management services at three Los Angeles County sites, including Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital and Outpatient Medical Center, Olive View – UCLA Medical Center, and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. At all three county health campuses, Jensen Partners has provided multi-year on-site project and construction management.

  • Essential project and construction management of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital and Outpatient Center.
  • Oversight of remodels in excess of over 500,000 square feet at the Olive View – UCLA campus including the mental health wing, the creation of restorative housing, and the extensive and intrusive replacement of the nurse call and fire alarm system.
  • Strategic planning and programming services for the Harbor-UCLA campus as well as on site project management for the first phase of the replacement hospital project.
