Los Angeles County Department of Health is the second largest municipal health care system in the country, serving over 10 million residents and providing essential safety net healthcare for the county’s most vulnerable populations with a commitment to effective and caring service. Jensen Partners has performed extensive planning and project management services at three Los Angeles County sites, including Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital and Outpatient Medical Center, Olive View – UCLA Medical Center, and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. At all three county health campuses, Jensen Partners has provided multi-year on-site project and construction management.

• Essential project and construction management of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital and Outpatient Center.
• Oversight of remodels in excess of over 500,000 square feet at the Olive View – UCLA campus including the mental health wing, the creation of restorative housing, and the extensive and intrusive replacement of the nurse call and fire alarm system.
• Strategic planning and programming services for the Harbor-UCLA campus as well as on site project management for the first phase of the replacement hospital project.
