As Vice President, a licensed architect, and licensed construction manager, Damir leads strategic facilities planning, space programming, and master plan implementation. Trusted advisor to executive leadership, physician groups and governing officials, he focuses on the integration of physical and operational planning through problem definition, needs assessment, and scenario testing. He has worked extensively to generate and implement strategic master plans for safety-net hospitals, academic medical centers, and innovative health systems across the country.

Ken is a medical doctor with an MBA, and he brings the experience of being a practicing surgeon, chief clinical officer, entrepreneur, and consultant. Ken provides Jensen Partners’ clients with a deep understanding of the complex challenges that exist in healthcare, and the expertise to identify and deliver innovative solutions. He excels at bringing together operational efficiency and effectiveness, patient-focused healthcare, and evolution of care delivery as driving forces for master facility planning

As a licensed architect, Tom leads Jensen Partners’ design and technical assessment services. In California, he leads project regulatory discussions with OSHPD and other agencies. Tom works closely with owners to understand their physical campus in land use, patient experience, safety, branding and infrastructure terms. He works as a bridge between Jensen Partners’ operations planners and project management to solve space utilization challenges in terms of cost, phasing, and constructability.

Billy is a senior strategy professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, master planning, and business development. His work with ambulatory and acute care facilities has contributed to his expertise in strategic market opportunities, volume projections, capacity modeling, and project feasibility analysis. Billy’s contributions position health system clients to compete successfully in new and existing markets, and achieve a solid foundation for delivering sustainable, profitable revenue growth for ongoing success.

Melissa is a healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience, bringing extensive experience in programmatic development, space planning, and project management for surgery and ambulatory surgery centers. With knowledge ranging from health system strategic planning to operational oversight of Perioperative Services in both the inpatient and outpatient arena, Melissa provides key insights to healthcare planning and successfully engages multidisciplinary teams to locate opportunities that advance projects.

Ann has a comprehensive background as a project and construction manager leading major private and public institutional projects with extensive experience developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules, quality control of design and construction, and compliance throughout the contract process. She has broad construction phase experience and has led and managed Public Works’ projects through all phases from feasibility studies, design, regulation adherence, contract administration, change management, construction, owner occupancy, to close-out.

Nina is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with a diverse background in planning, design, and construction. She has successfully worked with the private and public sectors on major infrastructure projects as well as commercial projects. Nina is a LEED AP with a passion for sustainability. Her combined creative and technical background allows her to effectively work with multiple teams and make innovative problem-solving routine.

Daniel leads medical planning, space programming, and master plan projects working closely with stakeholders, clinical users, and design teams. His focus is on the integration of physical and operational planning through situation assessment and options development. Daniel has worked on projects across the country; from academic research institutions, to multi-state systems with extensive ambulatory networks, to critical access facilities serving outlying communities.

With experience in medical planning, project and program management, and architecture, Ian brings a holistic perspective to Jensen Partners’ projects. He has inpatient and outpatient medical programming experience and understands the operational considerations of schematic design. His construction experience includes coordinating complex building infrastructure upgrades in a dense urban context. Ian skillfully coordinates the resources of Jensen Partners’ multidisciplinary team to integrate strategic operations and physical planning.

Lillian excels at data analysis, research, and reporting, drawing on her extensive experience in systems planning and implementation. Her robust background in project management and effective client engagement allows her to skillfully manage intricate projects with a keen eye for detail. At Jensen Partners, Lillian successfully manages multiple initiatives simultaneously while working with multi-disciplinary teams, adding a thoughtful and analytical approach.

Kelsey is a seasoned healthcare data analyst at Jensen Partners, bringing over 10 years’ experience as an analyst and researcher. Kelsey specializes in extracting meaning from large data sets and organizing information and has contributed to over a dozen published papers. At Jensen Partners, Kelsey provides critical support to complex projects through analytics, critical thinking, and directed queries to find innovative solutions engaging the many specialties across the project.

Niloo is an experienced project manager and medical planner with a passion for patient-centric design. Skilled in space programming and data-informed master planning, she focuses on transforming ambitious visions into tangible solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience. Niloo thrives on implementing phased strategies, from large-scale medical centers to intimate outpatient facilities.

William is a licensed architect bringing expertise in all project phases from programming and budget, scope, and schedule development to design and construction. William’s strong leadership and communication skills, as well as knowledge of building codes and HCAI standards, position him to develop tactical, innovative, and collaborative solutions to complex challenges. William works with project stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams of construction managers, architects, planners, and strategists to deliver projects successfully and effectively.

As an Architecture Graduate, Urenna is an Associate Healthcare Planner at Jensen Partners. She has worked in Architecture and Urban Design, on both small- and large-scale projects. At Jensen Partners, she develops pre-schematic drawings, test fits, as well as data compilation and analysis. Urenna is interested in sustainable innovation, urban renewal, social equity, and adaptive re-use.

As an associate healthcare planner at Jensen Partners, Ethan draws on his architectural background to give him important insight into all stages of the master planning process through schematic design, design development, and construction coordination. Ethan supports planning teams in providing space planning, programming, 3D modeling, and visualization. His skills with a variety of software and tools help him efficiently work across teams to achieve project goals.

Anthony leverages his diverse background in architecture and healthcare, bringing an informed and insightful approach to developing options for clinical and non-clinical spaces. As a healthcare planner at Jensen Partners, he works efficiently across project teams to achieve project goals providing space and site planning, 3D modeling for visual representation, and coordinating the delivery of healthcare planning projects.

As Business Manager, Nancy facilitates efficiency across all aspects of Jensen Partners’ operations. She provides essential support to the team with positivity and extraordinary attention to detail. Nancy has an extensive background as a business and administrative professional with expertise in employee relations, recruiting, accounting, and data management. Her work includes all matters pertaining to business finances, human resources, budgeting to inform and guide financial decision making, and vendor qualifications.

With an extensive background in marketing and sales, Genevieve supports the Jensen Partners team as the Marketing Manager. She has a decade of experience in identifying client markets, as well as showcasing and tailoring company strengths in accordance with client needs. Her work at Jensen Partners allows her to bring together healthcare providers looking for support and the firm’s specialized teams.

Sarah is a licensed architect and contractor as well as a LEED-certified professional. She founded Jensen Partners to offer the equivalent of an in-house strategy, planning, design, and construction staff. This model has evolved to include healthcare strategy, land use planning, and funding strategy.
